Who Should Complete the Level 3 NVQ in Occupational Work Supervision?
The NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision is designed for any person who is currently working as a supervisor or foreman (Minimum 3-4 years experience) and requires a nationally recognised qualification in this occupation. The NVQ Level 3 is also for those looking to gain their CSCS Gold Supervisor’s Card.

Method of Assessment
We will set you up with your own personal learner login, whereby you can access the NVQ platform. The Level 3 NVQ is achieved by completing knowledge questions, collecting and uploading evidence by way of videos, photographs, professional discussions, method statements, written statements and more. You can contact your assessor through the platform or by email. Your assessor will provide you with ongoing feedback throughout your journey. The platform is user-friendly, so you can navigate the various sections and upload all types of evidence at your leisure.
Duration
On average, it can take candidates anywhere between 3-6 months to complete their Level 3 NVQ. The duration is very much dependent on the quality of evidence that you provide and what the assessor can collect.
CITB Funding
A CITB grant of £240 is available to companies registered with the Construction Industry Training Board (subject to CITB’s terms and conditions)
