WHO SHOULD COMPLETE THE LEVEL 2 NVQ IN ROOF SLATE & TILING?
The NVQ Level 2 in Roof Slate & Tiling is designed for any person or employee who is currently working as a Slate & Tiler, has a minimum of 5 years’ experience and requires a nationally recognised qualification in this occupation. The NVQ Level 2 is also for those looking to gain their CSCS Blue Skilled Card.

METHOD OF ASSESSMENT
The Level 2 NVQ is assessed at our training centre in Ipswich. During the 1-day assessment, the assessor will observe and record you carrying out practical tasks on our pitched roofing rigs. Evidence is collected through video, photographs and professional discussion.
Duration
This NVQ can be completed within 2-6 months, depending on the evidence gathered.

A CITB grant of £240 is available to companies registered with the Construction Industry Training Board (subject to CITB terms and conditions)
