Who Should Complete the Level 6 NVQ in Site Management?
The NVQ Level 6 Site Management in Construction is designed for any experienced manager who is currently working as a Construction Site Manager and is over the age of 19, and requires a nationally recognised qualification in this occupation. The NVQ Level 6 is also suitable for those seeking to obtain their CSCS Black Managers Card.

Method of Assessment
The Level 2 NVQ IS assessed via uploading VIDEO evidence to YOUR E-portfolio
- Distance assessment is quick, it’s user-friendly, and all you need is a mobile phone or a PC to upload your video evidence.
- With the ongoing support and guidance from our assessor, upload videos of you completing Site Management tasks, such as managing materials and labour.
- You will meet your assessor via Teams or a similar platform for a professional discussion on management-related activities.
- Submit ID for your qualification registration via your E-portfolio.
- Know exactly what you have achieved so far and what evidence you still need to supply.
- Feedback from your online assessor is available during working hours.
- Online NVQ assessment means you do not have to travel to our centre.
- Experienced roofers working anywhere in the UK can access this qualification.
- All NVQ documents are available through the E-portfolio.
- Receive your NVQ and apply for your CSCS (CSCS card is not included in the cost of your NVQ).
Duration
On average, it can take candidates between 6 and 9 months to complete their Level 6 NVQ. The duration is very much dependent on the quality of evidence that you provide and how quickly you can provide the evidence.

A CITB grant is available to companies registered with the Construction Industry Training Board (subject to CITB terms and conditions).
