Course aim

The course focuses on the basic principles of pitched roofing.

Who should attend?

This course is ideal for those new to roofing and looking for the basic skills and knowledge needed to become a competent roofer. It will also be of interest to those who already work within the roofing industry, such as flat roofers. As a roofing specialist training centre, we have an array of roofing models and complete roofing tool sets for you to use. Delegates must be familiar with using a disc cutter – we do not provide this training within the 4-day course. This is 95% hands-on vocational training with short periods spent in the classroom.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided during this course.

ACCREDITATION

At the end of your training, you will be presented with an in-house certificate, which can be used as evidence towards a Level 2 NVQ in Roof, Slate and Tiling.
