Flat Roofing Apprenticeship – August 2018

We are still taking applicants for our Flat Roofing Apprenticeship, scheduled to start August 2018.

The Flat Roofing Apprenticeship will comprise of the following:

• Level 2 Diploma in Built up Bituminous Roofing
• Level 2 NVQ in Built up Bituminous Roofing
• Additional Single Ply Training Across the 2 Years
• 2 Single Ply Manufacturers Training Courses and Installer Cards

This years Built up Bituminous Roofing Apprenticeship will differ from the previous course as it will also include training in Single Ply Roofing and two Manufacturers Training Courses. We believe this will be beneficial to the students as they will not only be leaving us with an excellent understanding of Built up Bituminous Roofing, but they we also be competent in Single Ply Roofing.

The course is one day a week for 2 Years, and is delivered from our training centre located just outside of Ipswich. Apprentices must be employed full-time by the employer and cannot be sub-contracted.

CITB Registered companies will be able to claim approximately £6000 in grant across the two years per apprentice, subject to terms and conditions.
